Thanks for Commenting

Gravatar Jim Villanucci has been commenting about this on the radio the last two afternoons. Now, I find it sort of ironic that someone who portrays himself as a real estate professional was unaware of the potential impact on his property taxes, but that also goes to show how silently this moved through the Roundhouse. Let's face it, there was no way that any municipality was going to go along with a 3% annual cap on property tax increases without some way of making it up, and during the real estate boom it was only natural to do it on sales. It might make people more inclined to stay in their homes longer now.
