Phsss...."Can't find the contract" My experience with the NM Finance Authority is that they don't even wiggle unless they have a contract signed, notarized, thumbprinted and in triplicate.
But then....I am not a large contributor....

This makes no sense to me. If you can't find a contract, it means there is no contract.

I guess this is silly, but surely the FBI has subpoenaed the contract copy from the the party. Oh, I guess they lost their copy also.
