So the cost of nearly everything has gone up, so doesn't it stand to reason that cost of maintaining these recreational lands have gone up?
It makes a certain amount of sense to charge those who benefit from a service, more for that service; than those who don't benefit as much or as directly, doesn't it?
I suspect that you would feel differently if you were not a user.
