Mario,
Your still chasing Iglesias? Wow let it go. It only makes you look desperate. Save the desperation for the election. He has served with honor and yet just a few weeks ago you spliced an interview of his to give the appearence that he had changed his story. He still shows honor, well you do not. No wonder you have not been elected to anything around here. Hell you have as much electibility as Mayor Chavez. Hack.

Fred,
It's not so much that I'm "still chasing" Iglesias, as Mr. Iglesias won't let this die and go get a job like the rest of us. C'mon, even an Iglesias defender like yourself has got wonder why a "great" lawyer like Mr. Iglesias still hasn't landed a job with some prestigious law firm. With all of those lawyers who have risen to his defense, isn't it odd that not one of them has offered him a high paying job?
As to calling me a hack, well, if you're referring to my writing that just hurts. I may be a lot of things, but I never thought "a writer producing dull, unoriginal work" was one of them.

Umm, your writing is the epitomy of "dull, unorginal work." I would throw in the adjective "predictable." You're a party line parrot all the way, dude. I check in every so often to see if there might be something the least bit thought provoking but its always the same old shrill stuff. You've got no depth, no real analytical skills. You're almost 40, why do you still sound like a college Republican? There are some Republicans I enjoy reading by the way.

Honor among lawyers? An oxymoron for sure --- or perhaps just two morons.
Prove either of them are spreading the old bull butter and you'll have my vote again.

Mario,
You're kinda missing the point. The question should be who do you believe: the JAG lawyer who was fired for not following orders and engaging in “frivilous lawsuits” (which, golly gee, I thought Republicans hated “frivilous lawsuits") or the Republican gubernatorial candidate who suddenly decided that Iglesias' firing isn't enough and he needed to speak down from the mountain top and twist the knife a little more. (or maybe I'm being too partisan )
I did enjoy Dendahl's defense of Domenici's tampering with Iglesias' case... I mean, attempt to illegally influence... I mean, call and inquire about whether or not Iglesias will be able to file charges in time to violate DOJ guidelines and influence an election... I mean, use a lawsuit to help Heather's electoral chances... I mean, inquire about Iglesias's time line. (I'm so confused, is that the latest story?)
Ya know, I've noticed that the original question of Iglesias' firing, that he was let go because he refused to engage in “voter fraud” lawsuits with questionable evidence, has completely vanished off of the radar screen.
Hmmmm, speaking of evidence...

Mr. Iglesias was a political appointee. If the folks at justice didn't like the way he tied his shoes they can let him go.
This political firings happen all the time so what the heck is the big deal. He failed to perform to the measures of his employer, then he was fired. He should let it go. Mario as long as Mr. Iglesias doesn't let it go you shouldn't either.
