I think it is HILARIOUS to hear republicans bitch and moan about Bill Richardson and his spending when the Brookings Institute gave him high marks for fiscal responsibility, and your party has taken what was a good economy with a balanced budget and run it into the ground.

You should be thanking Bill Richardson, for bringing jobs, growth, and economic bounty to New Mexico.
Looks like the legislature plans to do for the state's highways what they have already done to the state's schools.
Another $6.8 million a year, what will we do with the surplus? At todays's costs, that would mill and resurface about 7 miles of an urban two-lane road.
