I completely agree!
Unions dont have to stay within international borders. There is no legal basis for having unions require citizenship.
Unions are only there to protect people from abuses and that is exactly what they are doing in this instance.
It is the job of the federal government to check immigration status. Its also the job of the federal government to make sure everyone is paying the minimum wage.
The only ones abusing illegal immigrants are the companies hiring them and treating them like crap.
Unions aren't exploiting immigrants, they are protecting them from being exploited.
