Gravatar I would only note that the last time I checked (recently) Ken Schultz continues to be listed on the SOS website as a lobbyist in good standing. Is there room on those proposed name tags to note "convicted felon"?

Gravatar Mr. Burgos, I find it interesting that you bring up this subject. Its timing couldn't be better because just a few posts down you speak of how Denish is unbeatable in the Guv primary (3 years out). 3 years leaves a lot of time out there for stories like the fact that Denish led the way for an investigation and money appropriated for that investigation of the Housing Authority scandal in just this past Legislative session. When money is appropriated that means a contract is going to be awarded. Keep in mind that Denish, her progressives (which can be found on the soltari.com website under clients), and her choice for Dem Party Chairman - Attorney Brian Colon all preach the ethical hand. So after Colon, who also served as Auditor Balderas campaign Treasurer, became Dem Party Chairman his employer was awarded the contract for none other than to help investigate the Housing Authority scandal http://www.abqjournal.com/news/s...ult05-24- 07.htm. Is that ethical? Not in my book!

So I think once the campaigning actually starts to hit the roof you will see the numbers in the polls begin to change. I have to say that EVERYONE knows that Mayor Martin Chavez has issues and STILL he garners 30% and on the flip side Denish has not had to do anything but ride the coat tails of a highly popular Richardson and still people are queezy about her. Why?

Gravatar Anyone can garner 30% with "issues"...look at the War in Iraq and President Bush. There are always 30% dead enders. Mayor Marty has had his face and name plastered EVRYWHERE..on TV, on radio, on billboards, on buses, (Im surprised he hasn't stamped his name on every dollar bill in Albuquerque). If he is still at 30% after all that hes going no where, and deservedly so.
