Mario we want a special session this year! Given the games that King Richardson has played with the Capitol Outlay budget a special session would give the Legislature a chance to over ride his vetos then sine die. If he does not call a special session then next year we will have a new Legislature and they will not be able to over ride any vetoes.

This it the 48th Legislature after next fall election it will be the 49th Legislature i.e. a new legislative body. The new Legislative body does not have the authority to override a veto of an old legislative body.
