Hey, Mario. I enjoy your views. Am I oversimplifying it by asking for a U.S.A. government guarantee that my modest investment (say, a hut within walking distance of the beach; or a small factory where I can hire Mexicans) in Mexico, will not be "nationalized," condemned, or otherwise taken from me by the Mexican government or lawless elements?" Sort of like an SBA loan guarantee? The late Dale Dilts, whose heart was in the right place, and who had a sense of humor, used to refer to the SBA, "The government is in the business of making bad loans." jack
