Please give us all the FACTS! Iglesias MAY have a legitimate complaint. The FACTS are that while the DOJ was floundering about trying to justify his firing, they cited his "absentee management" style. WRITTEN documentation shows this to be true. WRITTEN! FACTS. We all agree that the President has the authority to fire a USA.
Q: Why did they need to justify the firings?
A: So Karl Rove could put in unqualified political hacks to open phony GOP "voter fraud" investigations.
GOP "Voter fraud" allegations are just voter suppression attempts dressed in a tuxedo.
Iglesias spends 45 days a year on active Naval duty. Not 45 days skiing in New England. I probably have little political common ground with Iglesias, but I too proudly wore this countries uniform. NM GOP complaints about his "absentee" management style are shameful and PHONY criticism from the right wing noise machine.
Support the troops? Waving flags and spouting platitudes don't cut it. Go enlist, hump a full combat load through the streets of Baghdad or Al Anbar province, then you can impugn the "travel" of a vet.

Gee, Mr Jacobs I am not a lawyer so by your rules I can't talk about lawyers? However I have some knowledge of BS and on the Iglesias firing or not rehiring everything past the fact the Pres. could legally remove MR.Iglesias at any time with out cause is just another opportunity at Bush bashing. We all know this. Mr. Bush, granted, does need a course on "don't explain, don't apologize, just do what needs doing on a Friday night" he could get some tips from the "real" Bill for a few bucks. We all know Mr Iglesias is in to extending his 15 minutes now the Dem. noise machine is all giddy trying to get some traction on this so any and everything will be used to keep this story puffed up. We all know this. I wish that there was a right wing noise machine in New Mex. Mario could use a little help and looks like business is booming.
Should be pointed out that neither Iglesias nor any of the other fired USAs made any waves until the Bush DOJ cast aspersions on them to justify the firings to Congress. Good luck in finding evidence of Iglesias malfeasance--but if you can't find it and invent it instead, watch out for blowback. At long-last, sir, the public may finally be tired of such tactics.
