TWICE I think not, you have forgotten about the Nursing Home Bed Tax that was one of King Bills scheme to artificially increase State Medicaid Cost so that we would get a Federal 3 to 1 match. Of course that did not happen Also the King Bill’s plan on the Railrunner was that we would Federal funding which also did not happen.
