For christ's sake Mario I know you're a partisan hack and all but would it kill you to consider context for once? The Bush/McCain "diplomacy is for sissies" doctrine is clearly being counter-spun here by saying "actually being afraid to to use diplomacy is for sissies." While both of these spins are pretty juvenile the latter is much closer to the truth.
