Dear Mark, Its great what ebay is doing and I love your blog for always keeping us up to date.

I came across a great new concept the other day, which is just like ebay except that you can hire out stuff from your neighborhood instead of purchasing it. Its called My Hire Site - http://www.myhiresite.com.au
I was able to hire camping equipment for $30 for a week for which I would have had to spend $350 had I purchased it. Its a very interesting concept...would love to know your views on this...

Great review about eBay, although I am a firm believer in local classifieds. How would you compare www.craigslist.com and www.khrido.com? They are all based in Ottawa, ON.
