Martha,
I'm so thankful that you and your family are okay. I'm not quite sure what else to say, other than that.
Please pass on any information about the Backspace fundraising efforts for you, as I would like to contribute and pass the information on to My People.
Keep your chin up.
Kerri.

Thanks for the updates, Martha. I've been thinking of you guys a lot lately, wondering how you're doing. What a frikkin' mess! It's bad enough to have lost personal belongings - kids stuff from when they were kids, valuables, etc., etc., but then to have to go through all the hassle with insurance and stuff - UGH!
BUT, you're strong - your family is strong and you'll all get through this....
Thinking of you lots!

Hi Martha,
I am at a loss for words...some writer, huh? After 11 years on the Russian River in Guerneville, we packed it in and moved to Santa Rosa this year. Younger daughter and family moved into the house (and assumed the payment, thank God.) This flood they moved in with us.
I am so so sorry for what you have had to go through. I know it all too well. For me, it always felt like a long-running nightmare that "would get better soon" but didn't for what seemed too long.
No platitudes. Just commisseration from this girl.
Abrazos, Rebecca
