I got the same feeling looking at that site....diabetes just sucks. And it could be something so much worse, that sometimes I feel guilty thinking how much D sucks, and that at least my child is *healthy*, not going through chemo, not waiting for a transplant, not withering away from muscular dystrophy or some other dread disease....Thanks for putting it into words, Martha.

Hi Martha,

Wow. Very powerful stuff there. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Some of those images just really jump out at you.

All the best!

Those pictures are heart-wrenching.

I can identify with how you're feeling about this stupid disease. It's just never ending. Tiring. Trying.

I look to Brendon as a source of inspiration to take every day as they come with good spirits and the belief that even with this horrible disease. he's living life the way he wants.

Here's a hand to hold stretching from the East Coast

Wow, thank you for this! I got here from Scott's blog, and I just feel so blessed to have suddenly been directed to all these parents of diabetics. Thanks!

I have sent a link to this site to everyone i know. I find myself staring at each picture until my tears blur the images.

Thank you so much.
