It is really amazing that he has never gone low during a game. Amazing.
I kind of think the fact that he gives himself a pretty wide window (between 120 - 180) for a pre-game target pretty neat. I would probably get all perfectionist about it and shoot for some unachievable range!!
I wonder if it's easier to test so often during a pro game, where there are more little TV time outs and stuff? I would think it may also be real hard to test and treat if needed during those little "20 second" time outs!
I think that it is also worth noting that he is planning his whole day around that basketball, which makes sense for a professional. I get myself into trouble when I try to do too many things at the same time (i.e. prepare for lunchtime basketball AND enjoy some out of the ordinary breakfast).
