$\"Gravatar\"$ You have to use the \"install.command\" to install the program. It installs some necessary ruby-libs.

$\"Gravatar\"$ You may need to actually upgrade your gem install itself. (e.g. 'update_rubygems'). I also found that I had to manually install a few gems such as 'newgem', though this may have been related to the fact that I had not yet done the update to gem itself.

It is installed, and I can access the help file, but it won't take my login info. . any ideas?

$\"Gravatar\"$ This ruby script depends on twitter.gem and won't work with the the newest version(0.6.12) which is what gets installed by default when using the install.command. This post is from March 11 and at that time the version of twitter.gem was 0.4.2. Starting with version 0.5.0 the author of twitter.gem changed some of the methods, which is what is causing the login problem. If you go to this page on Rubyforge, http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=2654, you can download version 0.4.4 and install it manually, then everything works fine.
