$\"Gravatar\"$ Another great tip is not typing http://www and .com - Its something most people have known for a long while, even if they don't use it. If you haven't come across this before, the way it works is you type, for example, apple into the address bar and press enter, and Safari magically changes it to http://www.apple.com.

$\"Gravatar\"$ I was able to type only the main word of the url and that page would load really fast, until a few days ago, i don't know what happened, but now when i write say, apple, the page takes forever to load, but if it add the .com at the end it loads super fast.

any ideas on what i did wrong with my safari? could it be snow leopard?
