Gravatar Hey,

Well, I am a prolife Catholic, love the new Pope, etc., but I have to say that some of the Catholic bloggers come off as flakes to me. They seem to put Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity's radio programs in the same category as the Pope's encyclicals. I am not necessarily a big fan of the MSM, but a lot of these Catholilc bloggers would just soon damn a reporter or anyone else they disagree with to hell than give him the benefit of the doubt. Yet, they will give Sean Hannity, a Catholic public figure who says birth control is OK, a pass. Why does he get a pass? Because he spouts the party line. Plus, I think when some of these folks defend the faith, they are just downright nasty. I can't think of one Catholic blogger who reflects the spirit of any of the saints who wrote (St. Francis de Sales, St. Augustine, etc.)

Gravatar MM,

We're "saving the world" one reader at a time. As much as we'd all like to think that a good and proper 'blog would suddenly turn America's 65 million faithful into UberCatholics, the reality is that change via St. Blog's will more often come in the form of a neighbor, friend or fellow parishioner who tells you "Hey, I saw such-and-such on your 'blog the other day. What does that mean?"

And how do you upload pics to your 'blog? I haven't figured that out.

Gravatar Hey Rich,

Thanks for your comments.

As for uploading pics, get a free account at Photobucket. With Photobucket, you can upload pics from your computer or the web and then copy and paste onto your blog. I'm not very techo and I was able to figure it out after playing around with it awhile. *g*

God bless, MM

Gravatar Anne Marie has some good points! But, there are good Catholic blogs out there - just have took a while to find them....
