You can tell it is a parody because what CNN would really do would be to maintain coverage in all those areas, but report fluffy stories instead. Just like what they admitted doing in Iraq before the war.

My partner and I were startled the other evening to hear a CNN commentator refer to Muslims being angry about depictions of "the Prophet, Muhammad". Excuse me? Can you imagine CNN referring to angry Catholics protesting "Piss Christ" referring to depictions of "the Lord Jesus Christ?"

FYI, Basirah, there are prayers going up from this house for the Iraqis who are slain, whether by Christains or Muslims who don't like their helping the Americans, and I bet there are many other Christians praying for the souls of deceased Iraqis as well.
