This might help you feel better: My definitions of dork, nerd, geek. It's kind of a sliding scale.

Dork= a person with no sense of style and not exceptionally bright

Nerd = a person who is exceptionally bight but lacks a sense of style

Geek = a person who is exceptionally bright and has great sense of style.

I personally think of myself as a geek.
