Gravatar This is an EXCELLENT point. My business' productivity does not typically happen on a consistent basis. Rather, it's 2-4 weeks of monstrous progress, followed by a lull. The lull is not a bad thing because I know another 2-4 weeks will come soon enough at which point I will make another huge leap. Many times, whether it's business, personal life, or society at large - change does not happen consistently, but rather in huge leaps. Its' best, as an entrepreneur, to set aside time to make those leaps. With the right mindset and concentration, you can absolutely force yourself to make huge progress in a matter of weeks.

Gravatar I agree completely Anthony...I'm very much the same way. Once you accept that it's OK to have the 2-4 week lull's if you have the 2-4 week productivity peaks, then you can really push yourself.

Gravatar "What if you slept, ate, exercised a few days a week, and spent 100% of the rest of your time on your business. No TV, no social outings, no boning around online reading blogs"

You'd be a boring person with no social life. But you'd get so much done that it would be addictive. Pretty soon you eat, sleep, and do business. That's all. 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. Then all of a sudden you'd get tired of it. You'd be sick of your business and not want to touch anything for days maybe even a week or two.

Soon you'd get over it and start the cycle all over again.

Welcome to my life.
