Couldn't agree more. It's a device that they seem to be pushing at the average consumer, but with a price tag more fit for a business executive. Just doesn't make sense to me.

The crowd that will most likely buy this are the tech nuts, the mac freaks, and people who have money to burn (or at least those who think they do). Being a jack of all trades and master of none doesn't merit the high price tag in my eyes.

But it is pretty. And would be fun to have.

I disagree with you. It may not hold all of your music but why do you need it to? There can't be anyone out there who in a day listens to more than 4GB of music, its impossible, just change the tracks on it to what your currently listening to!! It'll only take a minute! It may not top what a laptop can do but laptops don't fit in the palm of your hand, if your out shopping you're not going to carry a laptop around with you to find out the latest news or where your nearest coffee shop is! I'm not a mac freak or a huge tech nut and I'll be buying one..
