This sounds like the LivePerson software I use for live chat help.

One of the unexpected benefits was I could watch in real time what people are doing....as in RIGHT NOW I can see there are 8 people of house of rave, I can see where each of them came from, how many (and which) pages they've viewed, what city they hail from etc...

I'd say install LivePerson for 2 months and just watch what your visitors do. You'll learn a lot!

Man, I just read your review - I had no clue that they were so "not-unique"...if that's a word. I thought Click-Tale was a pioneer, but if you're gonna pay for something it might as well be LivePerson.
