Second, is the insult to PM Netanyahu. Since we now know that the displaying of the soles of shoes constitutes an insult of the highest order in the Middle East, and since it was PM Netanyahu to whom Obama was speaking, this is one more very obvious sign to Israelis of just what Obama thinks of Israel. Surely only the Arab world and the Left are happy with such a photo.
