Mr OotFP has been passing a number of days of late in Mother Russia. We're thrilled whenever we contemplate the likely quarantine (sp?) on travelers if this thing gets more out of hand.

Of course, he managed to be abroad on September 11, too. Ah, the glamorous lives of people in international business.

Pat: The recent Putin action of expelling all Foreign banks from Russia makes me a bit nervous. I certainly hope the Your Most Gracious and Benevolent sir does not get trapped by any of that bizarre nonsense.
