White Lightning Axiom: Redux Vitrol Roll Call

Gravatar Totally creepy. How about they stop working on something like this, and work on regenerating brain cells to help those with brain damage and disease? I mean, it seems like a more useful experiment.

Gravatar I believe that we are capable of going beyond the current state of genetic engineering in robotics.

In the future, soldiers of clones, computers and robots will work for us and fight our wars.

As we say in my mother tongue of Igbo, "Nkiruka" meaning "The future is greater".

God bless.

Gravatar Crystal: Just a bit ... ummm, yeah. Of course, fixing brain damage is only half the story ... content matters, so to speak.

Gravatar O.O.: I should point you at the Isaac Asimov books such as I Robot. Three laws of robotics and all. We could get to a point where our 'robots' are not necessarily soul-less.

Gravatar Skynet is immediately what I thought of too! Of course by using rat/human brain tissue Kaa's law is bound to kick in and keep humanity safe - we're only in danger with computers!

Gravatar Erik: I just saw a bit of a story where some Australian scientists were putting bits of human brain in monkey feteus and letting them grow. It was feared that the human brain would grow faster and it would end up with a monkey that is more human than primate. Planet of the Apes?
