This is what I would call another in the line of Krazy Kandidate stories. When a candidate goes over a recruiter's head she rarely does so in a completely professional or should I say logical manner. The temptation is always there to smear the recruiter in order to invalidate his work. As you recall my last Krazy Kandidate got a personal contact to deliver a letter claiming that I spent very little time with her which was completely untrue.

The KK's do have one element of logic behind in their actions. As a generalist recruiter, I don't know the details of their work and they can see that. But, generally speaking, as you note, that doesn't keep us from being able to successfully compare the candidate with others against the job specificatio
