Thanks for that ! In India we see a lot of job sites and head hunting firms joining hands. How is that impacting you? Is there such stuff happening in Canada?

Monster.ca/monster.com had purchased a number of recruiting firms and attempted to go to the market as a fully solutions provider.
However they have jettisoned their executive search practice.
Monster and their competition work best on multiple volume type positoins but for an opening where the approach has to be highly customized they aren't flexible enough.
I don't know if this is a trend or a one off but certainly there will be some consolidation in our industry driven by the onset of high traffic internet sites.
Maybe India is a leading indicator?
