Gravatar Anthony, that title sounds to pure and upright. It would be a good theme ad campaign. JGS, you're in communications. It sounds pretty catchy doesn't it?

Gravatar Yes, it is a great tag-line - but be careful of the brand promise. Most folks experiences with HR does not lead them to make an immediate link with human rights (except perhaps as in "abuses of...")..HR can be the trusted confidants who know & appreciate the employee better than anyone else, or they can be the "personnel" gatekeepers who merely enforce the rules, ma'am. My HR buddies are all in the former group, which is heartening - it is a profession that has changed enormously & for the better. Enough of the latter still exists to be wary of over-committing as part of a reputation enhancement campaign. But I do really like the tag-line.

Gravatar JGS; are the terms "brand promise" and "brand premise" the same? different? interchangeable?

Have I asked this before?

Gravatar When I wrote "to pure" above, I mean "so pure".

Gravatar Anthony - The terms are interchangeable as far as I can tell; apply as desired...
