Tony, baby, the face reading they're talking about is like reading palms. It's hogwarsh. Eyes set far apart means...you're a wicked frickin' pissa.
What Wolfie is doing is reading expressions. And that's not esoteric at all. For instance, I would guess that a strong tendency to blush means that someone is shy, inotherwords afraid of being on the spot. So I wouldn't hire him as a sales rep. But, you know what? My friend Norman blushes like a radish and he isn't a good sales rep -- but he does stand up comedy which would scare most people to bits. So whaddya make of that?
It would be interesting to study the bush rates of top reps and see if any speculation about its significance is true.
