Anthony, let's put this site up for sale. I'd go public at the drop of a hat. Every business is subject to economic conditions and requires good change management when there is an acquisition. Maybe that didn't happen in the case you mentioned.

Maybe someone can help me on this one.
A recruiting firm trades between clients that pay for the best new employee and candidates that purport to be the best new employee.
Their assets are primarily in their recruiters, client relationships, a bit of brand and some resumes.
If you're buying the business, the primary asset is, IMO, the client relationships ...
