But, then again, I see that Recruiting.com and your blog has the same type of content. I think you should have a link onto your blog which points to recuriting. and have some more independent insight on CA_hunter Blog.

Like I told Tom Peters when he cross posted to Tp.com and WorthWhile the same content .."dont be a lazy bum "--and he kinda accepted that it happened.. and it should not happen !!

Peter, Recruiting.com and Canadian Headhunter do not seem to have the same readership so I think I can afford to be a lazy and cannibalize my postings from one for the other.
