The Court found in favour of the media critics who accused France 2 of staging a hoax, of staging faked scenes, purporting to show the IDF allegedly killing Palestinian child Mohammed Al-Dura in 2000, which caused such an early spark to the 2nd Intifada.
(leading to reprisal attacks against Israeli civilians, who may now consider sueing France 2, bigtime.)
But hang in there, Michael. The egg that vindicates Honest Reporting that is oh so fast hurtling towards your face may yet be stopped!
France 2 are supposedly considering taking it higher still, to the Supreme Court.
Until they do ... IF they do ... the "obsessed conspiracy theorists" as Michael referred to them, have now been VINDICATED in a Court of Law as truth-seekers who are now able to openly accuse France 2 of committing a HOAX. Of maintaing a fraud.
This is a good test case for you as well.

If he gets off it will be on the basis that he didn't mean to libel France 2, ie. he was sincere in his beliefs.
