yes, counting in fookien is cool. we practice at the office by translating the date today and the day itself. if you know how to count in fookien from 1-7, just add pai in front of the number. For example when you say pai-tsit/pai-it, it means Monday.. and so on.. I'm also a 100% Filipina with a 100% Chinese boyfriend. It's hard ^_^
