What fun! I never seem to manage a good-old-fashioned summer--no barbecues to date--but at least this year I got in a vacation.

I read that Selznick book a month or so ago, wasn't it great? Loved the illustrations.

The Anacortes Festival sounds like loads of fun. I think you've been plenty busy and lucky to have all those wonderful cherries and raspberries to munch on!
