Hi Guilaume,

sure, same way. It's just a XMPP/Jabber buddy. Just add YOUR_TOKEN@tarpipe.simplicidade.org to your GTalk budy list.

I don't know the GTalk (it only runs on windows, and I don't own any copies of windows) but I assume that you just "Add a new Buddy" and stick the JID in there.

GTalk is tricky, cuz I only get to become buddy with ppl I actually exchange a couple of emails with ...

I actually use the ajax version of GTalk, embedded in gmail. You can use it too, whether on Mac or Linux. I don't use the desktop client.
