Wow - great question from an 18 year old. I think there is bound to be some dulling of the starry eyes over the years just because couples do get used to each other. I think that is why so many people talk about keeping the spark in their marriage or their relationship. Sometimes it takes a little effort and you have to make some time to break up the routine, but it should be well worth it if you are making memories with the one you love. It keeps the fresh blood running through the heart and the quickening of the beat when you see the one you love.
