I speak as a non-stuffing person, but Yum's sausage based stuffing was popular. Even I had some. Ask her for the recipe.

For a moment I thought we might have to cancel our trip fearing that you'd been invaded by some Racheal Ray body snatcher. What a relief to find out AWESOM-O was a South Park reference!
Happy to bring a copy of the stuffing recipe with me (complete with modifications made this year). It's from Bon Appetit a few years back, but I can't for the life of me find it online. And, of course, count on me for cookies or whatever other bakegoods you might need for the open house ... and FS to help you on that booze situation. Can't wait!

I can't vouch for the trees at either of these places - I use an artificial tree for reasons of convenience - but I can vouch for the scenery. They are both within about 5 miles of me.

Apple sausage stuffing method:
Brown a roll of breakfast sausage
sweat an onion and say 5 ribs of celery (both diced as fine as you want them) in half a stick of butter
cut 2-3 apples into thin slices. Brown the apples a little bit.
combine everything with a loaf of bread (stale and cubed, of course)
Add half a cup of apple cider. Add chicken stock to get to the "right consistency" whatever that is. Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning.
Bake at 325 for an hour or so, until it is done.
And yes, I really cook this way.
