Reading this made me feel (sigh) like we're so far away from the college days that it isn't funny. We love you. Hang in there....

I'm so sorry. Glad you're getting answers, but wish those answers had a happier outlook. Good luck with your thyroid treatments.

I'm so sorry you're having these issues. Has anyone told you that hyperthyroidism, especially when coupled with pregnancy and childbearing, is common? Has anyone discussed a possible correction of this problem with dietary changes?
I say this only because a very good friend of mine:
a. had a baby
b. had a miscarriage
c. had another baby
d. got diagnosed with hyperthyroidism
e. cut all wheat/gluten out of her diet
f. hyperthyroidism is under control and she is due in about 2 weeks with her 3rd
And her husband had testicular cancer.
I know this is serious. And I know you've seen doctors out the wazoo.
You can completely disregard me as daft and not really following everything that has happened with you over the past 2 years.
On the other hand, if you wish, I can give you my friend's number if you'd like to find out whether you do actually have anything in common with her case.
With love,
Mara

I'm glad you have some answers. Good luck with everything. My friend went thru the same thing, she roller coastered with the different drugs. If you want some one to talk to, I can give you her info

Oh -- I'm so sorry about the second miscarriage. Damn.
The whole IF thing just sucks. I'm glad you're getting answers, but still, it's such a long road. I hope it leads someplace blissfully happy very soon.

Found you via a comment- I think at Julia's. I'm sorry about the waiting and the more waiting. My kids are 6.5 years apart (a seven year old son and 1 year old boy/girl twins) and it took 10 years of infertility, 5 IVFs, 2 miscarriages, etc. to make it happen. And there was as a hell of a lot of waiting in between cycles- for different reasons than yours, but still the waiting is hard. Almost as hard as having a failure cause at least with a failure, you're doing something, you know?
Anyway, I hope this is the answer that leads to a successful pregnancy.

I'm so sorry. I'm actually having a very similar situation. I hope the resolution is swift and as painless as possible.
