Thanks for doing the tag and sharing those pics. They are precious.

So you're also planning in having a house built. I think our little one was almost the same age as Frankie when we started looking for a piece of property. We found one not long after we started looking but the problem with the original builder kept us from having the house built right away. Four years after we decided to have a house built tsaka lang nabuo yung bahay.

Just like you, our main reason is to find a better neighborhood for our little one. I like where we are right now but my husband does not like it. He's been here longer than me so I trust his judgment.
