We've all been there. Something so passionate and true, in your arms and gone like the memory of her first kiss, the first time--it may sting and hurt for long time but at least you have the music.
You will find someone who you will connect with not just on this amazing physical level but who will understand all of you, including your stellar musical tastes, amigo. The music may bring you back to these moments but they also will set you free of the pain, the hurt and your vivid memories. Give it time. Never stop living in the moment. best of luck.
oh ..now i have your same pain. Is difficult survive in this way.. but, I think, a door closed, another will be open... be patient. (excuse, but I'm italian..)

U2 is the best rock band in the world and I saw Ben Harper live twice and he is an incredible talented musician....
i've often thought the same thing--why are we given something only to have it taken away? i'd almost rather not have had it in the first place, it hurts so much not to be able to have it anymore. ah, shit. such is life. and it sucks sometimes. hopefully it's like robi says and another door will open, but i'm not holding my breath . . .
