The caveats are that it takes all of two weeks max. to move applications on Oracle servers to lower cost low maintenance, lower TCO ANTs data servers. You don't have to do more than minimal retraining of your IT staff, and you need a lot fewer servers!!!
ANTs strengths are universal compatibility with almost all db servers, faster and straight through processing that eliminates locking, faster speeds and the ability to allow vasting more concurrent users (the db actually speeds up as more users access the same data)
