Intec put out a denial financial announcement on 27 November saying "The Company has noted the article in the Sunday Telegraph on 26 November 2006 and can confirm that it is not in preliminary talks with any party with regard to any possible offer for the Company" (see Investor section of their website).
Nevertheless this market is consolidating, and Intec are cheap relative to their peers,so they are a likely target for IBM, Amdocs, SAP etc or private equity.
