Given the amount of resources that SAP has poured into mobile app development, I would hope that the iphone app is an easy step to accomplish considering it's just a web page as opposed to installable app.

The way Apple is forcing developers to build mobile apps means that it's very easy to build one, but the downside is that it's not as UI rich as an app that is installed.
