I hate to do that, but I'll bite: calling Access Control an SoD management solution is just soooo much of an understatement....
Over the last year, Compliant User Provisioning has proved to be such an important part of the offering, even more so when you take the integration with Netweaver Identity Management into the calculation. This is functionality that's unmatched by any other vendor.
And I haven't even talked about the other two capabilities you forgot to mention.
So, finally, why don't you elaborate on that...?
