I would like to send a quote from Richard Dawkins' 'Unweaving the Rainbow': "...trusting credulity may be normal and healthy in a child but it can become an unhealthy and reprehensible gullibility in an adult. Growing up, in the fullest sense of the word, should include the cultivation of a healthy skepticism. An active readiness to be deceived can be called childish because it is common - and defensible - in children. The point was well put in 1986 by that great writer of popular science and sci fi Isaac Asimov: 'Inspect every piece of pseudoscience and you will find a security blanket, a thumb to suck, a skirt to hold.'...The adult world may seem a cold and empty place, with no fairies and no Father Christmas, no Toyland or Narnia...but there are also no devils, no hellfire, no wicked witches, no ghosts, no haunted houses...We need to replace the automatic credulity of childhood with the constructive scepticism of adult science." With a childhood like the one described in the book, taking drugs at age 4, no wonder the guy is doing what he is now. And I have to say one more thing; I agree with Dawkins, science and the real wonders of the universe are much more intriguing and fascinating than any drug or religion (new age or old age) and quite frankly I couldn't imagine spending that much of one's few short decades of life on drugs. It is like pursuing the 'little death' of (I believe it was) Hamlet, sleep, rather than embracing all the dangerous and wondrous beauties and truths around us in the here and now. And that is all I have to say about it.

WRONG!!! Squeezing a carbonated bottle and replacing the lid creates a vacuum or suction thus using more carbon to fill the bottle to a sustainable high pressuse. If you'll notice before you open a fizzy drink how hard the bottle is, this is because high pressure will keep the drink carbonated...doesn't take a genius to figure that out...maybe Kim has figured it out by now 4 years later...
