Of course he wasn't ousted because he was honest with TPTB before the show started (unlike large chick now on Broadway whose name escapes me), and the charge is not still pending (unlike Corey). Regardless, I'm sure it put another ding in his confidence and he won't last much longer. Choosing Impossible Dream based on the lyrics? With his voice? Not. a good idea.

Ah, so THAT'S why he wasn't ousted. I was wondering - I thought maybe the phone he threw was an AT&T/Cingular Wireless, and that's what saved him. That's the only phone Idols officially throw, you know.
