Gravatar I'm sorry that things are sucking right now. Increasing the crazy factor and putting on weight have two things in common: they both occur at times of stress, and they both create both stress, making the original stress more stressful. (I guess in physics that would make them "strains"?)

Hang in there; you are already smart and responsible, and it sounds like, in an "it could be worse" way, even monetarily satisfied.


Gravatar I also am under tremendous stress lately, and my belly is bulging. And have you ever noticed most, not all, health care providers are porky? Stress, junk food, and lack of proper exercise will do it. A friend once said he was goimg to cut down on his food intake to lose some weight. I told him to cut down on his breathing,too. One is about as easy as the other. I been there.
