Gravatar Are you shooting in raw or jpg?

If in raw then I believe the software that came with your camera can actually do a batch fix. A real big help if they are all the same amount underexposed. If in jpg you can do basically the same thing as a batch.

You might also try using a diffuser sock on the flash instead of bouncing it as most flashes do not compensate for the fact that they are directed away from the subject. Or when you are bouncing it you might set your exposure compensation to the plus side a bit. Not too much as a little goes a long way, at least with my canon it does.

Gravatar Thanks Jeff - I do have a Stofen Omni-Bounce and I can give it a try. And I'm shooting in RAW+JPG, but I haven't figured out how to edit the RAWs yet - any ideas?

Gravatar Another thing is to make sure that your moniter settings are ok. I had a problem with corel and adobe trying to cross correct each other while the open gl lighting settings I have for lightwave caused my pc fits. Two words: Not fun

Of course, you are welcome to discount every word i said because I am from... fileitunder...

sorry

(If it's any consolation, Dave from Garfieldridge torched us last year)

Gravatar If you have the raw plug in for photoshop you should be able to open them in it or double clicking the raw file should open it up in the DPP software(the one that came with the camera) Once you have it open in theirs it is really easy to use. Here is a link to a tutorial site for it. It may come in handy, it helped me alot!
